Warby Parker launches new 1922 collection
It sure seems that innovative eyewear maker Warby Parker has recently developed a fascination for all things vintage starting with its Hayworth Collection back in February and this time again with its limited-edition 1922 Collection. But I'm not complaining, of course.
"Translating interwar glamour into a wearable future," the 1922 Collection introduces eyeglasses in three new frames in Warby Parker's signature custom acetate and stainless steel. And I'm loving the old-world appeal!
Duke
Harry Potter would love these perfectly round and lightweight spectacles. They're both playful and formal, and they come in both gold and silver.
Joplin
The Joplin has frames that are uniquely wide apart and are connected by a metal wire that's positioned way above the nose pads. They also come in gold and silver.
Porter
These are the tortoise shell acetate frames that come in either Whiskey Tortoise (the darker shade) or Gimlet Tortoise (the lighter shade).
All three frames have eyeglasses and sunglasses versions. Either way, you're assured of classically stylish pieces. And as always, every pair you buy also means another pair donated to someone in need through Warby Parker's partner nonprofit organizations.
